NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium-sulfur battery separator modified two-dimensional porous carbon sheet, involves (i) dispersing graphene oxide and surfactant in a solvent to obtain dispersion, (ii) adjusting pH, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, reacting, centrifuging to obtain silica-coated graphene oxide, (iii) washing, dispersing in solvent, adding formaldehyde, phenol, amine and tetraethyl orthosilicate, reacting, drying to obtain powder, (iv) carbonizing in inert atmosphere to obtain carbonized product, (v) etching carbonized product with hydrofluoric solution or sodium hydroxide solution. USE - Preparation of lithium-sulfur battery separator modified two-dimensional porous carbon sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of lithium-sulfur battery separator modified two-dimensional porous carbon sheet, involves (i) dispersing graphene oxide and surfactant in a solvent to obtain dispersion, (ii) adjusting pH of the dispersion, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, and reacting so that the silica is coated on the surface of graphene oxide, centrifuging the product after the reaction is completed, and obtaining silica-coated graphene oxide, (iii) washing silica-coated graphene oxide with solvent, dispersing in solvent, adding formaldehyde, phenol, amine and tetraethyl orthosilicate, reacting and drying to obtain powder, (iv) carbonizing the powder under an inert atmosphere to obtain carbonized product, (v) etching the carbonized product with hydrofluoric solution or sodium hydroxide solution, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain two-dimensional porous carbon powder, (vi) adding two-dimensional porous carbon powder and binder, ultrasonically dispersing in a solvent, subjecting the resulting dispersion into suction filtration with a membrane, drying and cutting to obtain lithium-sulfur battery separator modified two-dimensional porous carbon sheet.
