▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing biomass carbon assisted synthesis bifunctional catalyst comprises (i) dipping the carbon material powder in metal salt solution, drying and calcining to obtain metal-carbon material precursor; (ii) mixing and grinding the obtained metal-carbon material precursor, aluminum source, silicon source, phosphorus source and organic template agent and carrying out crystallization reaction; and (iii) centrifuging and washing the product, drying and calcining. USE - The biomass carbon assisted synthesis bifunctional catalyst is useful in hydroisomerization reaction of long-chain alkanes, preferably with 12-30 carbon number (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can strengthen the interaction of the metal carrier by covering the carbon layer on the metal nano particles thus slows down the agglomeration and sintering phenomenon of the noble metal nano particles in the hydroisomerization reaction of normal paraffins; produces the catalyst with better isomer selectivity and stability, and the highest isomer yield of 80% and has a simple synthesis route which does not require the introduction of surfactants and any complicated operations, and promotes the sustainability and cost reduction of the hydroisomerization catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for biomass carbon assisted synthesis bifunctional catalyst, prepared as mentioned above.
