NOVELTY - Anti-pollution water-repellent composite leather comprises a dermis layer and a protective layer, where the protective layer comprises a polyurethane layer and hand feeling layer which are sequentially coated on the dermis layer from inside to the outside. The hand feeling layer is made of an organosilicone finishing agent. The organosilicone finishing agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0-3 pts. wt. alcohol solution, and 200-300 pts. wt. collagen and water. The graphene oxide is modified by graphene oxide modified by silane coupling function agent. USE - Antifouling water-repellent composite leather used in field of luggage, clothes, shoes, leather bags, and furniture. ADVANTAGE - The antifouling water-repellent composite leather has excellent water-resistant property, waterproof property, water repellency and smooth hand feeling, and prevents static effect, dirt and peeling off of hand feeling layer. The hand feeling agent has excellent conductivity, and is capable of preventing static effect and reducing the dirt on the surface of the polyurethane layer, thus improving waterproof effect of the composite leather. The graphene oxide modified polysiloxane modified by the silane coupling function agent improves dispersion uniformity of the graphene in the organic silicon finishing agent, so that organic silicon trimming agent obtains uniform and waterproof effect. The organic silicon agent added with collagen, collagen molecule and the collagen molecule increases the stickiness of the finishing agent and enhances the bonding performance between the hand-feeling layer and the polyurethane layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of antifouling water-repellent composite leather comprising preparing organosilicone finishing agent by taking polysiloxane, emulsifier, alcohol solution, water and collagen, firstly mixing the polysiloxane, emulsifier and alcohol solution, obtaining the pre-mixed emulsion, mixing the pre-mixed emulsion, collagen and water, obtaining organosilicone finishing agent, preparing composite leather: coating polyurethane on the dermis layer, drying to obtain semi-finished leather, finishing the organosilicone agent spraying to semi-finished leather, drying, ironing, allowing to stand, softening, oscillating to soften, ironing, and vacuum drying to obtain the composite leather.
