NOVELTY - Preparation of electrochemical sensor involves dripping 4-10 mu L, preferably 8 mu L graphene oxide dispersion on the surface of glassy carbon electrode, drying to obtain graphene oxide-modified glassy carbon electrode, placing the graphene oxide-modified glassy carbon electrode in supporting electrolyte solution containing azocarmine B, performing electrochemical polymerization method to form polyazocarmine B-graphene oxide nanocomposite film on modified glassy carbon electrode, modifying the polyazocarmine B-graphene oxide nanocomposite film by adding 1-5 mu L, preferably 2 mu L Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) solution to surface of glassy carbon electrode, and drying. USE - Preparation of electrochemical sensor for real-time detection of nitric oxide (all claimed) in biomedical analysis and detection application. ADVANTAGE - The prepared electrochemical sensor can realize the direct and rapid detection of nitric oxide (NO) content in liquid phase with high sensitivity, wide linear range, low detection limit, short response time and strong anti-interference ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application method of the electrochemical sensor in direct real-time detection of nitric oxide in liquid phase, which involves using the saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, platinum wire electrode as counter electrode, the electrochemical sensor as working electrode and 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution with pH of 4.0, and sample solution.
