▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/titanium nitride nanometer composite material has titanium nitride mass content of 30-80 %. USE - Graphene/titanium nitride nanometer composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene/titanium nitride nanometer composite material, which involves adding glacial acetic acid in de-ionized water to obtain acetic acid solution, dropping hydrochloric acid, controlling the pH value at 2-3, dissolving titanic acid tetra-butyl ester in absolute ethyl alcohol, tetrabutyl titanate, ethanol, water in a mol ratio of 1:60:130, stirring at room temperature for 12 hours, and continuously hydrolyzing tetrabutyl titanate to obtain uniform sol-gel. The resultant sol-gel is treated at 100 degrees C for 10 hours, followed by grinding at 600 degrees C for 2 hours, adding nano-titanium dioxide powder into aluminum oxide in a tubular furnace, flowing high pure ammonia gas at a flow rate of 150 ml/minute and reducing temperature to room temperature to obtain dark blue nitride, adding glucose solution to zinc or iron as catalyst at 50-95 degrees C and magnetically stirring for 30-120 minutes, filtering, drying at 60 degrees C to obtain finished product.
