NOVELTY - The carbon pressure vessel (608) has an inner graphitic wall formed on an interior surface of a metal outer wall to place a double-walled tank, where the inner graphitic wall is provided with a graphene to define a sealed volume in an inside of the metal outer wall. USE - Carbon pressure vessel for holding a lighter-than-air aircrafts such as hot air balloons or airships. ADVANTAGE - The carbon pressure vessel determines low-weight and high strength property of graphite to allow without incurring any weight penalty by using a large number of carbon pressure vessels, so that configuration of the carbon pressure vessel can be determined, thus preventing gas from being leaking out in an inside of the cavity of the carbon pressure vessel.
