NOVELTY - Preparing high specific capacitance low-resistance graphene/carbon nanotube complex material comprises e.g. (i) dissolving graphene oxide in solvent, sonicating for 20-180 minutes to obtain 0.2-2 g/l brown-yellow suspension, where diameter of graphene oxide is 10-25 mu m and thickness is 0.8-1.2 nm, (ii) mixing brown-yellow suspension with reducing agent at 50-120 degrees C, and magnetically stirring for 1-6 hours, (iii) dissolving carbon nanotubes in mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in a volume ratio of 2-4:1, ultrasonically processing for 20-180 minutes, filtering, washing, and freeze-drying, and (iv) mixing material obtained in the step (ii) and (iii) ultrasonically dispersing, placing into the sealed reaction, reacting at 150-300 degrees C for 1-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing, drying, grinding to obtain graphene nano level/carbon nano-tube complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high specific capacitance low-resistance graphene/carbon nanotube complex material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high specific capacitance low-resistance graphene/carbon nanotube complex material comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide in solvent, sonicating for 20-180 minutes to obtain 0.2-2 g/l brown-yellow suspension, where diameter of graphene oxide is 10-25 mu m and thickness is 0.8-1.2 nm, (ii) mixing brown-yellow suspension with reducing agent at 50-120 degrees C, and magnetically stirring for 1-6 hours, (iii) dissolving carbon nanotubes in mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in a volume ratio of 2-4:1, ultrasonically processing for 20-180 minutes, filtering, washing, and freeze-drying, and (iv) mixing material obtained in the step (ii) and (iii) ultrasonically dispersing, placing into the sealed reaction, reacting at 150-300 degrees C for 1-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing, drying, grinding to obtain graphene nano level/carbon nano-tube complex material, where in graphene/carbon nanotube complex material, the carbon nanotubes are horizontally supported between the graphene sheets or intercalated through the graphene sheets, and the specific capacitance is 200-800 F/g, and charge transfer resistance is 5-100 Omega .
