▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a second electrode (65) connected to a second graphene layer (63). A first graphene layer (61) is connected with a first electrode (64) and a third electrode (66). The first electrode and the third electrode does not contact with each other. An input and output of a tunable grating is provided with the second graphene layer. The second graphene layer and a fifth electrode are provided with a fourth graphene layer. A fourth electrode is provided on a third graphene layer. The third graphene layer and the fourth graphene layer are formed as electrode structure. USE - Graphene-disulfide heterojunction tunable raster based M-Z electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator has convenient integration size, larger modulation depth, high extinction ratio, and temperature tolerance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a front view of a graphene-disulfide heterojunction tunable raster based M-Z electric light modulator. Graphene layers (61, 63) Electrodes (64-66)
