▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene heating ink comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 18-50 pts. wt. supporting material resin, 1-20 pts. wt. PTC effect material, 40-70 pts. wt. solvent, 0.2-5 pts. wt. thickener, 0.1-1 pts. wt. defoamer and 0.1-1 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - Used as graphene heating ink with positive temperature coefficient (PTC) self-limiting temperature function. ADVANTAGE - The ink have the self-limiting temperature function to solve potential safety hazard and decreases the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ink comprising (a) adding the supporting material resin into the solvent, heating, mixing, stirring for 30-90 minutes in 60-85 degrees C water bath heating pot and the rotating speed is 100-800 revolutions/minute, obtaining a first mixture, (b) orderly adding thickener, defoamer, leveling agent into the first mixture, mixing and stirring for 10-30 minutes at 100-800 revolutions/minute, obtaining a second mixture, (c) adding graphene powder into the second mixture, continuously mixing and stirring for 10 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions/minute, obtaining a third mixture, (d) adding PTC effect material into the third mixture, continuously mixing and stirring for 10 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions/minute, obtaining a fourth mixture, (e) mixing and stirring the fourth mixture in the dispersion machine for 30 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions/minute, obtaining graphene heating ink precursor and (f) placing the graphene heating ink precursor in the sand mill to grind until the ink fineness is 3 mu m at 300-1000 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes and filtering by 300-mesh cloth to obtain the graphene heating ink with PTC self-limiting temperature function.
