NOVELTY - Solvent-free double-component spinning oil agent comprises 90-95 pts. wt. component A, 5-10 pts. wt. component B and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. component C. The component B is graphene modified by silane coupling agent. The component C is an organic acid metal catalyst, which is used to catalyze the condensation reaction of alkoxy groups and hydroxyl groups. USE - Solvent-free double-component spinning oil agent used for preparing super-hydrophobic polyester industrial yarn and to hoisting, traction belt, outdoor tent cloth, lamp box advertisement cloth and automobile safety belt. ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free double-component spinning oil agent does not contain solvent and not relate to any solvent discharge, has antistatic property of superhydrophobic polyester industrial yarn no more than 0.05kV, water contact angle higher than 150°, retention rate of antistatic properties over 98%, and the retention rate of water contact angle after washing for 10 times over 98%.
