NOVELTY - A sandwich structure graphene-based carbon-coated metal oxide preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide, preparing metal oxide nanoparticles, oxidation graphene surface containing amine and high molecular adsorption, metal oxide surface adsorbing polymer with a carboxyl group and amino group, preparing self-assembled graphene oxide metal oxide, and high temperature carbonizing under inert gas protection to obtain graphene based carbon-coated metal oxide composite material. USE - Method for preparing sandwich structure graphene-based carbon-coated metal oxide that is utilized as electrode material of lithium ion battery, and super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal oxide material has excellent electrochemical properties.
