▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing polyimide powder comprises (a) dispersing dianhydride compound, diamine compound, and graphene powder in mixed solvent to prepare a dispersion; (b) introducing the dispersion into a reactor and reacting at 150-400 degrees C in pressurized conditions; and (c) filtering and drying the reaction product to prepare polyimide powder. The mixed solvent includes water and high boiling point organic solvent. The dianhydride compound includes 10-30 pts. wt. graphene powder. USE - The method is useful in producing polyimide powder for polyimide molded product. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polyimide powder exhibiting excellent effect of providing high molecular weight polyimide powder, easily perform filtration and drying processes, exhibit excellent effects with high reaction yield, controls particle size and surface area of polyimide powder, exhibits excellent effect of providing polyimide powder having excellent thermal stability, does not cause problems i.e. deterioration of properties due to residual solvent, provides polyimide molded product having excellent tensile strength and elastic modulus, requires low reaction temperature and reaction time, and is economical and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyimide powder produced by the above method.
