NOVELTY - Modified acrylic water-based wood coating emulsion comprises 50-100 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots, 2-4 pts. wt. anionic emulsifier, 1-2 pts. wt. buffer, 4-7 pts. wt. ammonia, 5-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, initiator solution I, initiator solution II, emulsion and water (balance). The emulsion includes 3.5-5 pts. wt. anionic emulsifier, 170-200 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 205-230 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate, 30-45 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 40-65 pts. wt. diacetone acrylamide, 185-220 pts. wt. water. The initiator solution I includes 1-1.5 pts. wt. initiator. The initiator solution II includes 1-2 pts. wt. initiator. USE - Used as a modified acrylic water-based wood coating emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The wood coating emulsion: has high strength and good elasticity; has excellent anti-blocking performance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified acrylic water-based wood coating emulsion adding water into the reaction kettle, graphene quantum dot, alkyl phenol polyether sulfo succinic acid monoester sodium salt and buffer, stirring, heating, stopping heating and keeping the temperature, adding the initiator solution I into the reaction kettle and stirring, dropping the emulsion and initiator solution II into the reaction kettle at the same time, dropping while stirring, after 4-4.5 hours, after finishing dripping, heating for 1-1.5 hours, cooling the reaction kettle, reducing the temperature to 35-40 degrees C, adding aqueous ammonia, silane coupling agent and water, stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain the product.
