▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of organically modified graphene involves adding dry ice to a ball mill, milling the dry ice at 3-15 MPa, such that dry ice is evaporated into carbon dioxide, adding normal graphite as a raw material, and nitrogen-containing organic material as friction agent and modifier, adding buffer solution, adjusting pH to 7-9, ball milling at 3-15 MPa, stripping graphite structure-graft modified with nitrogen-containing organic material, and removing the non-stripped graphite sheet, and unreacted or unintentionally grafted nitrogen-containing organic material. USE - Preparation of organically modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables industrial preparation of organically modified graphene and excellent dispersibility, by economical process within short reaction time. By controlling the reaction time, the reaction pressure and the ratio of the graphite and nitrogen-containing organic material, the organically modified graphene with circular microstructure can be efficiently prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of organically modified graphene involves adding different quality of dry ice to a ball mill, controlling the pressure inside the tank, milling the dry ice at 3-15 MPa, such that dry ice is evaporated into carbon dioxide, adding normal graphite as a raw material, and nitrogen-containing organic material as friction agent and modifier, adding buffer solution, adjusting pH to 7-9, ball milling at 3-15 MPa, stripping graphite structure-graft modified with nitrogen-containing organic material, and removing the non-stripped graphite sheet, and unreacted or unintentionally grafted nitrogen-containing organic material. By improving the energy during the ball milling, the reaction environment is filled with oxygen-containing carbon source.
