NOVELTY - Graphene composite PVC material comprises 7-12 pts. wt. porous graphene hollow microspheres, 70-100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 1-2 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. monoglyceride, 5-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 1-3 pts. wt. heat stabilizer. USE - As graphene composite PVC material. ADVANTAGE - The composite PVC material improves the compatibility of the inorganic porous graphene hollow microspheres in the PVC resin, so that the mechanical properties of the PVC plastic do not change much, where because graphene itself has high electrical conductivity, it greatly improves the antistatic properties of PVC plastics. The preparation method is simple, and the source of raw materials is wide, and it has broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the graphene composite PVC material, involving (a) mixing and dispersing compatibilizer, antioxidant, monoglyceride, plasticizer and heat stabilizer at high speed in a high-speed mixer to obtain a premix, and (b) adding the PVC resin to the twin-screw extruder, heating it to melting, adding porous graphene hollow microspheres, mixing and stirring for 2-4 hours, adding the premix, and obtaining the graphene composite PVC material through kneading, extrusion, water cooling, drawing and dicing.
