NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-nano-nickel wave absorbing material involves mixing surface-treated graphite oxide, 1-10 g polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide terpolymer and ethylene glycol to form dispersion, adding nickel chloride, ethylene glycol, polyethylene, polyvinylpyrrolidone and ammonium acetate, heating, cooling, vacuum-drying, adding 5-10 g aniline monomer, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, ammonium persulfate and 80-120 ml distilled water, reacting for 15 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water and ethanol, and vacuum-drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24-36 hours. USE - Manufacture of graphene-nano-nickel wave absorbing material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene-nano-nickel wave absorbing material involves mixing graphite having size of 50-200 mesh and 35 %mass hydrochloric acid solution, stirring for 30 minutes, washing using deionized water, drying to obtain graphite powder, mixing graphite powder, potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirred at 60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, stirred for 2-4 hours, adding distilled water, drying, adding concentrated nitric acid, stirring for 45-60 minutes, adding potassium permanganate, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling to -12 degrees C, filtering, drying pre-oxidized graphite, heat-treating in a muffle furnace at 1100-1180 degrees C for 10-20 seconds to obtain expanded graphite, heating expanded graphite to 40 degrees C for 3 hours, adding distilled water, centrifuging, washing with hydrochloric acid solution to obtain graphite oxide, dissolving graphite oxide in dimethylsulfoxide, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide and surface-treatment agent, stirring at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain surface-treated graphite oxide, mixing surface-treated graphite oxide, 1-10 g polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide terpolymer and ethylene glycol to form dispersion, adding 20-40 ml nickel chloride, ethylene glycol, 6-25 g polyethylene, polyvinylpyrrolidone and 10-50 g ammonium acetate, adjusting pH to 9-11 using ammonia, heating at 130/ degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to 180 degrees C, vacuum-drying, adding 5-10 g aniline monomer, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, ammonium persulfate and 80-120 ml distilled water, reacting for 15 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water and ethanol, and vacuum-drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24-36 hours.
