▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises 100 pts. wt. cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, 200-250 pts. wt. nitrogen-doped graphene, 1175-1250 pts. wt. potassium borohydride and 0.05 mol/l palladium chloride solution, where molar ratio of palladium and cobalt is 2:1-4. USE - Catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst promotes oxygen species desorption and dispersion of palladium-cobalt alloy with nitrogen-doped graphene, distributes palladium particles uniformly on uniformly sized carrier, enhances catalytic oxygen reduction catalyst and improves performance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a catalyst, which involves adding proper amount of deionized water to nitrogen-doped graphene, dissolving potassium borohydride in deionized water, adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and palladium chloride into the mixed solution of nitrogen-doped graphene, dispersing the mixture ultrasonically for 5-15 minutes, introducing nitrogen into the mixture to remove oxygen, condensing the mixture at 50-60 degrees C, injecting potassium borohydride solution to the obtained mixture at a rate of 1 drops/second, reacting the mixture for 5.5-6.5 hours, filtering hot mixture and washing impurities with deionized water at 60-75 degrees C to obtain finished product, where mass ratio of nitrogen-doped graphene and deionized water is 1:450-550 and mass ratio of potassium borohydride and deionized water is 1:180-200.
