▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Supported catalyst used for the synthesis of propionaldehyde, the catalyst comprises a main active component, a carrier, and auxiliary agent, the main active component is rhodium, iridium and cobalt, and the auxiliary agent is nickel, an alkali metal and an oxide, and the carrier is any one or a mixture of graphene oxide, aluminum oxide, and metal organic compound (MOF). USE - The supported catalyst is used for the synthesis of propionaldehyde (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has higher conversion rate and product selectivity in the synthesis gas preparation propionaldehyde, exhibits a significantly improved conversion rate and product selectivity, at the same time, has high stability and is easy to be recycled, so it has industrial application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - catalyst composition comprises the supported catalyst and phosphine ligand, preferably, the phosphine ligand is present in an amount of 1.5-5 wt.%, preferably 2-5 wt.%, based on the total weight of the metal element in the active component. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing the supported catalyst comprising preparing the precursor of the main active component and the precursor of the optional auxiliary as an aqueous solution, impregnating the carrier with the aqueous solution, performing rotary evaporation, and drying to obtain the supported catalyst, preferably, the precursor of the main active component comprises rhodium nitrate, rhodium(III) nitrate dihydrate, iridium(III) chloride hydrate, iridium(III) chloride hydrate, cobalt(II) nitrate hexahydrate; the precursor of the auxiliary agent comprises potassium nitrate, potassium chloride, sodium nitrate, sodium chloride and nickel nitrate; preparing propionaldehyde comprising reacting a synthesis gas consisting of hydrogen and carbon monoxide with ethylene in the presence of the supported catalyst and phosphine ligand, or in the presence of the catalyst composition to produce propionaldehyde by reacting a synthesis gas consisting of hydrogen and carbon monoxide with ethylene.
