▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional bio-based degradable polylactic acid resin involves performing chelation of graphene oxide with a carboxylation ratio of 10-30 wt.% and tin ions in a tin-containing compound to obtain first material. The obtained first material material is undergoes heat treatment to obtain second material. The second material and lactide are reacted under vacuum conditions of 200-240 degrees C for 6-15 hours to obtain reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-polylactic acid. The rGO-polylactic acid with polylactic acid and metal salts of alkylphosphinic acid are undergoes melt blending to prepare the multifunctional bio-based degradable polylactic acid resin. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional bio-based degradable polylactic acid resin used for preparing multifunctional bio-based degradable polylactic acid fiber by a melt spinning method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multifunctional bio-based degradable polylactic acid resin which can effectively improve its dispersibility and facilitate the large-scale production of polylactic acid fibers.
