NOVELTY - A composite heavy metal polluted soil repairing agent comprises nano-elastomer particles. The nano-elastomer particle is hollow structure. The nano-elastomer particles comprise water-absorbing expansion rubber and graphene oxide. The water-absorbing expansion rubber comprises polar rubber and water-absorbing resin. The polar rubber is nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber. USE - The agent is used for composite heavy metal polluted soil repairing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the repairing agent comprising ultrasonic dispersing water-absorbing resin and graphene oxide in water to obtain aqueous phase dispersion; mixing and swelling polar rubber and toluene, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oil phase dispersion liquid; high speed shearing and dispersing aqueous phase dispersion and oil phase dispersion at 20000 revolutions/minute to obtain crude emulsion; and homogenizing crude emulsion by high pressure, and spray drying.
