NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/scandium iron oxide (rGO/ScFeO3) composite wave-absorbing material, comprises adding scandium nitrate hexahydrate (Sc(NO3)3.6H2O) and iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO3)3.9H2O) into deionized water, stirring and dissolving to obtain solution A; dissolving aqueous polyvinyl alcohol in Sc(NO3)3water solution to obtain solution B; (2) uniformly mixing solution A and solution B and stirring for 12-14 hours to obtain homogeneous sol C; (3) uniformly raising the temperature of homogeneous sol C until temperature is 200-300℃ and keeping for 6-8 hours, and calcining for 6-8 hours at 900-1100℃ at constant speed to obtain ScFeO3powder; (4) adding GO into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-12 hours; adding ScFeO3powder into obtained GO suspension and mixing uniformly to obtain precursor solution; and (5) freezing the dry solution, and placing in argon atmosphere at 1000-1200?oC for 2-4 hours. USE - Preparing three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/scandium iron oxide composite wave-absorbing material ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to implement, and suitable for scale industrial production application. The method reduces the conductivity, increases the porosity, improves the impedance matching characteristic and electrical conductivity loss, and enhances the magnetic loss, with natural resonance effect.
