NOVELTY - Tin-graphene composite brush plating solution comprises 20-40 g/l soluble stannous salt, 0.1-0.5 g/l graphene, 50-80 g/l sulfuric acid, 60-80 g/l sulfuric acid sulfonate, 2-8 g/l pH stabilizer, 1-2 g/l chelating agent, 1-2 g/l surfactant, 1-2 g/l antioxidant, 2-4 g/l polar solvent and water. The soluble tin salt comprises tin sulfate, tin chloride and tin nitrate. The graphene is single-layer powder grapheme. The pH stabilizer comprises ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate and ammonium chloride. The chelating agent comprises ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, amino triacetic acid and potassium sodium tartrate. The surfactant comprises sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol sodium sulfate. The antioxidant comprises ascorbic acid, tea polyphenol or tocopherol. USE - Tin-graphene composite brush plating solution is used for preparation of aluminum base body surface layer. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based tin-graphene composite brush plating liquid has high bonding force with the base body after the brush-plating, and has good conductivity and abrasion resistance, at the same time, it can effectively reduce the generation of friction heat.
