NOVELTY - A graphene is produced by thoroughly mixing carbon-containing organic reaction medium and inorganic reaction medium at mass ratio of 1:1.5-60, placing in high-temperature tube furnace, heating at 600-1300 degrees C for 30 minutes under inert gas atmosphere with heating rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute, insulating for 0.5-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, removing solid mixture of graphene and inorganic salts, soaking in water or acidic lotion, isolating, washing, and drying. USE - Method for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low-cost, short, and has high yield. The graphene is suitable for industrial production and large-scale application, and has uniform size and shape, good dispersibility, and high purity.
