NOVELTY - Preparation of peryleneimide polyurethane liquid crystal non-covalent modified graphene involves dissolving 0.2-0.5 g peryleneimide polyurethane liquid in 20-40 ml chloroform, adding 0.2-0.5 g graphene, ultrasonically processing, filtering, washing with chloroform, and drying. The peryleneimide polyurethane liquid is obtained by mixing 0.2-0.5 g hydroxy-terminated peryleneimide, 20-40 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, 0.09-0.2 g hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0.02-0.05 g organotin catalyst, heating, adding 0.1-0.3 g polyethylene glycol, reacting, precipitating, filtering, and drying. USE - Preparation of peryleneimide polyurethane liquid crystal non-covalent modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly peryleneimide polyurethane liquid crystal non-covalent modified graphene is prepared by simple and economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of peryleneimide polyurethane liquid crystal non-covalent modified graphene involves dissolving 0.2-0.5 g peryleneimide polyurethane liquid in 20-40 ml chloroform, adding 0.2-0.5 g graphene, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing with chloroform, and drying. The peryleneimide polyurethane liquid is obtained by mixing 0.2-0.5 g hydroxyl-terminated peryleneimide, 20-40 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, 0.09-0.2 g hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0.02-0.05 g organotin catalyst, heating under the protection of nitrogen at 60-65 degrees C for 6 hours, adding 0.1-0.3 g polyethylene glycol, reacting at 90-95 degrees C for 8 hours, precipitating, filtering, and drying. The hydroxy-terminated peryleneimide is obtained by adding 0.5-1 g perylene anhydride to 30-40 ml N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing, adding 0.1-0.3 g zinc acetate, heating at 150-160 degrees C, stirring, adding 0.2-0.6 g diglycolamine, reacting for 12 hours, mixing the obtained solution with anhydrous ethanol, precipitating, filtering, and drying.
