NOVELTY - The graphene device has a first electrode (E10) that is electrically connected to a first region of the graphene layer (GP10). A second electrode (E20) is in spatial correspondence to a second region of the graphene layer. A functional layer (F10) is comprised of several layers that are laterally arranged between the graphene layer and the second electrode. The layers are provided with the optoelectronic conversion characteristics, nonvolatile memory characteristics and piezoelectric characteristics. A gate (G10) is configured to face the functional layer with the graphene layer and a gate insulation layer (GI10) is formed between the graphene layer and the gate. USE - Graphene device e.g. multifunctional device with function of memory device, piezoelectric device and optoelectronic device in structure of switching device/electronic device e.g. transistor. ADVANTAGE - The manufacture of graphene device is easily performed and applicability to a large area process is obtained. The first and second insertion layers are provided to help a charge to be transported. The multi-functional device having multiple function within a single device is realized.
