An inside of the supporting plate is provided with a graphene bag casing (14). A top portion of the grid plate is provided with a storage cabin (9). One side of a wall of the storage cabin is provided with a PP elastic separating pad (8) by the bolt. One end of the storage cabin is provided with a portion storage cylinder (10).
