NOVELTY - Graphene spun-bonded fabric comprises graphene and polypropylene. The graphene content is 0.5-8% and the balance is polypropylene. USE - Used as graphene spun-bonded fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent antibacterial property and is more safe and durable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene spun-bonded fabric, comprising (i) preparing the graphene masterbatch and the polypropylene masterbatch, and mixing uniformly; (ii) conveying the gas stream, and melting the mixture by screw extrusion; (iii) filtering the high temperature melt; (iv) performing melt blowing; (iv) drawing into a web by air flow; and (v) hot rolling and coiling.
