▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises 50-90 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-50 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber masterbatch, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. polypropylene grafted modified graphene, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 20-40 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber masterbatch, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. polypropylene grafted modified graphene, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. hydrotalcite. USE - Used as a carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material: adopts polypropylene to perform graft modification on graphene and carbon fibers, thus improves the compatibility of polypropylene with graphene and carbon fibers; The method: avoids the problems of carbon fiber fluffing and bridging caused by feeding difficulties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprising mixing polypropylene, polypropylene-grafted modified graphene, antioxidant, lubricant, and hydrotalcite in a high-mixer uniformly, adding to the twin screw extruder through the main feed port, adding the modified carbon fiber master batch through the side feed port of the extruder, melt extrusion granulating, water cooling and pelletizing to obtain carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material.
