NOVELTY - Vehicle anti-sliding hinge comprises many hinged bottom plates connected end to end. The hinge bottom plate is provided with anti-slip teeth and a non-slip tooth base. The hinge bottom plate is embedded with a nylon composite material. The nylon composite material is composed of 95-105 pts. wt. nylon salt, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. brucite fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-carbon sol (20-25%), 1-4 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. talc, 1-3 pts. wt. alpha -alumina, 0.2-1 pts. wt. blocking agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid and 40-70 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as vehicle anti-sliding hinge. ADVANTAGE - The hinge comprising the hinge bottom plate has relatively good mechanical properties and wear resistance, thus provides long service life of automobile.
