NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite heat conduction gasket, involves dipping the foam template in the graphene oxide slurry, transversely compressing the foam template soaked with the graphene oxide slurry, drying, carbonizing and graphitizing the foam template under the transverse compression condition to obtain longitudinally-arranged graphene heat conducting fins. The high molecular polymer is immersed into the longitudinally arranged graphene heat conducting fins, and cured and formed to obtain the graphene composite heat conducting gasket. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite heat conduction gasket used in mold for transversely compressing a foam template (all claimed), used in smart phones and tablet computers in a large scale. ADVANTAGE - The gasket has high heat-conducting performance in the longitudinal direction, improves the mechanical strength of the longitudinally arranged graphite compressibility and compression rebound elasticity, and avoids the longitudinal arrangement graphene the heat conducting sheet cracking phenomenon under the limit compression condition.
