NOVELTY - Organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a hole injection layer, a light emitting layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode stacked on a substrate, and graphene oxide on at least one of hole injection layer and electron injection layer. USE - Used as an organic electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device is economical, exhibits stable performance, and extends service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent device comprising: preparing graphene oxide (S110) form graphite; dispersing graphene oxide in a dispersion solution to obtain graphene oxide dispersion solution (S120) for coating the hole injection layer or the electron injection layer; forming a hole injection layer (S130) by coating the anode with the prepared graphene oxide dispersion solution; coating a polymer light-emitting layer on the hole injection layer; forming a electron injection layer (S150) on the light-emitting layer by coating the graphene oxide dispersion solution; and depositing the cathode (S160) on the electron injection layer.
