NOVELTY - A graphene thin film is transferred by coating organic colloid layer on surface of graphene thin film through spin coating, drying organic colloid layer coated on surface of graphene tin film through spin coating at 50-100 degrees C, immersing graphene tin film dried into etching solution with original substrate layer facing downwards and organic colloid layer facing upwards in which etching solution used is solution which is corrosive to original substrate, and transferring combination of graphene tin film suspended on surface of etching solution and organic colloid layer into de-ionized water. USE - Transferring of graphene thin film for graphene semiconductor device. ADVANTAGE - The method can conveniently transfer large area of graphene thin film to any target substrate without producing large damage and is simple, convenient and costs low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene thin film is transferred by coating organic colloid layer on surface of graphene thin film through spin coating, drying organic colloid layer coated on surface of graphene tin film through spin coating at 50-100 degrees C, immersing graphene tin film dried into etching solution with original substrate layer facing downwards and organic colloid layer facing upwards in which etching solution used is solution which is corrosive to original substrate, transferring combination of graphene tin film suspended on surface of etching solution and organic colloid layer into de-ionized water to clean after original substrate is etched off with etching solution to remove remaining etching solution in which organic colloid layer faces upwards and graphene tin film faces downwards during washing, uniformly spreading combination of graphene thin film and organic colloid cleaned on target substrate to tightly attach graphene tin film to surface of target substrate and drying combination at 60-100 degrees C, and removing organic colloid layer on surface of graphene tin film through immersion of colloid removing agent or steaming to obtain graphene tin film transferred to surface of target substrate.
