NOVELTY - A steel wire rope lubricating grease comprises 50-80 pts. wt. wax paste, 10-20 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 20-30 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 10-20 pts. wt. tung oil, 4-8 pts. wt. oleic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. borate, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 2-6 pts. wt. barium hydroxide, 2-5 pts. wt. succinic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. high base value synthetic calcium formate, 2-10 pts. wt. carbamate and 4-8 pts. wt. tridecyl ester. USE - Steel wire rope lubricating grease. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of lubricating grease for lubricating steel wire rope comprising taking wax paste, microcrystalline wax, paraffin oil, tung oil and oleic acid, heating and stirring at rate of 60-100revolutions/minute (rpm) at 145degrees Celsius, adjusting stirring speed to 60-200 rpm, stirring for 40-60 minutes, stopping heating, cooling, adding remaining raw materials, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and discharging.
