▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/dipeptide self-assembly composite film is formed by interlacing nanowire formed by self-assembling dipeptide with graphene nanosheet. The dipeptide is dihydroxyphenylanaline linear dipeptide. The nanowire has diameter of 50-3000 nm and length of 5-1200 mu m. The graphene nanosheet is prepared by chemical reducing method, and has thickness of 0.8-20 nm and radial dimension of 30-1000 nm. USE - Graphene/dipeptide self-assembly composite film for biological nanoelectronic device and biological sensor. ADVANTAGE - The film has surface that is large-scale organized and textured structure with concentration. It has improved electrochemical property. The preparation of the composite film is simple, quick and controllable compared with the single dipeptide self-assembly film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene/dipeptide self-assembly composite film comprising dissolving dipeptide into hexafluoroisopropanol to prepare solution at 20-30 degrees C, mixing the solution with graphene nanosheet suspension liquor to obtain mixed solution of graphene/dipeptide, dripping and coating the mixed solution on surface of clean substrate, and placing the substrate into oven of 40-60 degrees C to dry for 18-24 hours.
