▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a functionalized graphene layer (20) formed on a portion of a pyroelectric substrate (10). A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on the substrate to be adjacent to respective ends of the graphene layer. A gate insulating layer is formed on graphene layer and contacted with the source and drain electrodes while covering graphene layer, and a gate electrode is provided on the insulating layers. The graphene layer is prepared by heat-treating a graphene/metal/graphene sandwich structure in which a metal layer is inserted between two single-layer graphene sheets (23). USE - Graphene-based sensor for detecting ultrafine thermal-optical information. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based sensor has high-speed response and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for detecting ultrafine thermal-optical information. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of graphene-based sensor for detecting ultrafine thermal-optical information.
