▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating oxidized graphite alkene powder e.g. de-ionized water, ethanol or mixed solution, on a target substrate. Drying process of the target substrate is performed for manufacturing a lead ion sensor on a graphene oxide sample. Detection concentration of the lead ion sensor is measured about 8-10M, where resistance change rate of the lead ion sensor is about 90%. Concentration and coating thickness of the oxidized graphite alkene powder are respectively measured about 1-20mg/mL and 1-4mm. Drying speed of the drying process is measured about 1-20mm/s. USE - Heavy metal ion detection device lead ion sensor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the lead ion sensor with high sensitivity and ion selectivity, and realizing simple fabrication, convenient mass production and high portability.
