The expandable silicate and graphite oxide forms a structure in which silicate layer is intercalated with graphite oxide. The mass ratio of expandable silicate and graphite oxide is (2-20):1, preferably (4-10):1. USE - Graphene intercalated silicate composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high efficient graphene intercalated silicate composite material is economical, reduces agglomeration of graphene material and retains single layer graphene to greatest extent without using grafting of organic components.
