▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of a plastic aggregate involves (i) mixing plastic containing particles having size distribution of 0.1-6 mm, and at least one cementitious binder to form a first composition, (ii) providing a second composition comprising water, (iii) mixing together the first and second compositions to form a plastic aggregate mixture, and (iv) compressing and heating the plastic aggregate mixture. USE - Manufacture of plastic aggregate in the form of pellet used in concrete composition in the form of blocks (all claimed) such as underwater or self-consolidating concrete used in building industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture concrete composition, which has low thermal conductivity and densities, and high compressional strength, and reduces the environmental impact associated with sourcing the natural aggregates, reduces the use of natural aggregate, and cost of the concrete composition.
