▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Continuous mass-production of graphene using thermal plasma without using graphite oxide and acid and without reduction process, comprises (a) generating plasma by injecting an inert gas into a plasma device; (b) introducing expandable graphite and graphite intercalation compounds (GIC) into a plasma device in a predetermined amount; (c) exfoliating graphene by expanding the expanded graphite and intercalated graphite by thermal plasma treatment; (d) passing the exfoliated graphene through a vacuum chamber and collecting it through a collector; and (e) cooling the collected graphene to obtain a powder, where the expanded graphite of the step (b) has an average size of 0.1-2 mm, and the expanded graphite and the intercalated graphite are introduced in a constant amount at a speed range of 400-800 g/hour through a hopper, meets the equation as specified. USE - The method is useful for continuous mass-production of graphene using thermal plasma without using graphite oxide and acid and without reduction process. ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly, can obtain high-purity graphene with excellent physical properties, is possible to mass-produce continuous and high yield at a high speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene produced by the continuous mass production method above.
