▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a pair of conductive lines (111, 112) formed in a top surface of a base film layer (110). The base film layer is provided with a film material along a longitudinal direction. Each conductive line is provided with a graphene foam. The graphene foam absorbs porous nickel foam that is formed after etching process is completed. The film material is laminated on a top surface of a coating layer. The graphene foam is formed with a sensing hole (121). Each conductive line is placed on a top surface of a protective over layer that is formed in the graphene foam. USE - Tape type gas detect sensor for use in LNG or LPG industry and home. ADVANTAGE - The conductive lines react with gas such as LNG and LPG, thus sensing leakage of the gas in an accurate manner. The sensor has low manufacturing cost and simple structure, and is easy to install. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene foam manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a tape type gas detect sensor.
