▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano molybdenum disulfide by graphene template-induced growth, comprises, e.g. (i) adding graphene, citric acid, sodium molybdate and sodium sulfide into a reaction solvent, adjusting pH to 3-5, and reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, (ii) subjecting the reaction system to ultrasonic treatment, adjusting pH to 6-7, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then centrifuging the reaction solution, washing, and drying to obtain a precursor, and (iii) calcining the precursor in a quartz tube at 800-900 degrees C for 2-4 hours under hydrogen or inert gas atmosphere to obtain final product. USE - Nano molybdenum disulfide is useful in the fields of catalysis, tribology and optoelectronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency and mild operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano molybdenum disulfide by graphene template-induced growth, comprises, (i) adding 0.0001-0.0003 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. citric acid, 1-20 pts. wt. sodium molybdate and 0.2-5 pts. wt. sodium sulfide into a reaction solvent, adjusting pH to 3-5, and reacting by stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, (ii) subjecting the reaction system of the step (i) to ultrasonic treatment for 20-30 minutes, adjusting pH to 6-7, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then centrifuging the reaction solution, washing obtained black precipitate, and drying to obtain a precursor, and (iii) calcining the precursor in a quartz tube at 800-900 degrees C for 2-4 hours under hydrogen or inert gas atmosphere to obtain nano molybdenum disulfide, where graphene is a single layered graphene having specific surface area of 2600-2800 m2/g, the nano molybdenum disulfide is molybdenum disulfide nano sheet having single layer or less than 5 layers, the reaction solvent is a mixed solvent of water and 1,2-propanediol in a mass ratio of 4:1, the centrifugal speed is 10000-15000 revolutions/minute, the centrifugation time is 5-20 minutes, washing is carried out for 3-5 times using deionized water, the drying is carried out for 10 hours at 50-60 degrees C under vacuum, and the inert gas is nitrogen or argon.
