▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The multilayer graphene composite has stacked graphene layers (614) which are separated from one another by ion gel. The ion gel is intercalated between adjacent graphene layers such that ions within the ion gel are arranged at the surfaces of the graphene layers to cause a detectable change in one or more of electrical and optical property of the graphene layers when a gate voltage is applied to the gate electrode in proximity to the ion gel. The graphene layers are stack in the form of one or more of graphite crystal, single layers of graphene, and percolation network of graphene flakes. USE - Multilayer graphene composite for optoelectronic apparatus. ADVANTAGE - Allows the design of novel materials that combine high ionic conductivity with the easy handling properties of the solid state. Provides greater capacitive coupling and larger dynamic range of channel conductivity by using multilayer graphene composite to form the channel and gate electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an optoelectronics apparatus; and (2) an optoelectronic method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of an optoelectronic apparatus.
