▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises reacting graphite in an acid solution in the presence of an oxidizing agent. USE - The graphene is useful in lithium ion batteries, supercapacitors, functional composite materials, transparent conductive films and microelectronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, adopts mild conditions, and is convenient for large scale production. The graphene prepared by the method: has good quality with improved yield and production rate in comparison with graphene prepared by mechanical peeling off, epitaxial growth and chemical vapor deposition method; and has improved quality and conductivity, and greatly reduced structural defects in comparison with graphene prepared by solution phase reduction method.
