NOVELTY - A graphite-based thermal conductive composite material comprises graphene, and aluminum oxide layer coated on outer surface of graphene. USE - Graphite-based thermal conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphite-based thermal conductive composite material has excellent mechanical properties, enhanced insulating effect, and greatly reduced weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based thermal conductive composite material, which involves (A) carrying out mixed hydrolysis of aluminum salt and alkali to obtain aluminum hydroxide sol, (B) reacting acidified graphene, aluminum hydroxide sol and coupling agent to obtain graphene coated aluminum hydroxide layer, and (C) annealing graphene coated aluminum hydroxide layer to obtaining graphene coated with alumina layer.
