NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced iron-based composite material comprises ultrasonic dispersing the graphene oxide powder in the iron plating electrolyte at room temperature, forming graphene oxide suspension, direct current electroplating the graphene oxide suspension at 25-80 degrees C under stirring to cause co-deposition of ferrous ions and graphene oxide on the cathode to obtain graphene reinforced iron-based composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced iron-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy and environmentally friendly; utilizes the graphene high strength, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance characteristics, which greatly improves the mechanical and corrosion resistance performance of the iron plating; improves performance. The graphene-reinforced iron-based composite material will repair mechanical wear parts, industry, military, sea engineering, aviation and aerospace field parts.
