ADVANTAGE - The film greatly reduces the risk of short circuit caused by the direct contact of the sandwich structure electrode, improves the safety of the electric heating film, and improves the uneven heating of the electric heating film. The method is simple, has strong reliability, wide application range, and has the function of real-time detection of working status. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the high-safety composite electric heating film, comprising (i) dissolving the corresponding polymer resin in a solvent, preparing a glue solution by mechanical stirring, adding proper amount of high thermal conductivity inorganic material powder and thermochromic capsule powder into the glue solution, and mechanically stirring and mixing uniformly to form insulation heat-conducting discoloring body slurry; (ii) coating the insulating heat-conducting discoloring body slurry on the upper surface of the lower electrode layer according to a preset pattern, and curing to obtain the insulating heat-conducting discoloring body; (iii) coating the electric heating layer slurry on the composite surface of the multiple insulating heat-conducting discoloring body and the upper surface of the lower electrode layer, and curing to obtain an electric heating layer; and (iv) laminating the upper electrode layer with the electric heating prepared under the action of mechanical heat and pressure.
