▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrochemical sensor comprises a silicate sol-gel matrix in which gold nanoparticles are embedded as a solid support formed on an electrode, a nanosheet comprising a reduced graphene-functionalized with beta -cyclodextrin formed on the solid support and supported by the solid support, and a conjugate of horseradish peroxidase and adamantanecarboxylic acid as an enzyme complex immobilized through supramolecular association on the reduced graphene-functionalized with beta -cyclodextrin. USE - Electrochemical sensor is used for detecting target material e.g. hydrogen peroxide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly electrochemical sensor has excellent biocompatibility, super-macromolecule recognition ability due to the presence of the beta -cyclodextrin-functionalized reduced graphene, stability and electrochemical detection property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacturing an electrochemical sensor; (2) performance testing of electrochemical sensor; and (3) detection of target material, which involves using hydroquinone.
