▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a electrospinning polyacrylonitrile-based piezoelectric nanogenerator, comprises (1) adding potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, lithium carbonate, niobium pentoxide and tantalum pentoxide into a ball milling tank, adding absolute ethyl alcohol for ball milling, and drying to obtain a material A, (2) placing the material A in a muffle furnace, heating, calcining and cooling to obtain a material B, (3) sequentially adding the material B, polyacrylonitrile, graphene oxide and N,N-dimethylformamide into a reaction container, mixing and stirring to obtain a material C, (4) extracting the material C into electrostatic spinning needle tube, selecting a proper needle, spinning using electrostatic spinning machine and drying to obtain a polyacrylonitrile-based fiber membrane, and (5) attaching conductive carbon cloth to two sides of polyacrylonitrile-based fiber membrane, and attaching the wires above the anode and cathode to obtain the final product. USE - The piezoelectric nanogenerator is used as signal source for collecting electric energy and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The piezoelectric nanogenerator: has excellent mechanical property and electrical property.
