▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ preparation of graphene-nylon-6 composite material involves (S1) mixing 0.01-3 mass% graphene oxide powder having a carboxyl group on the surface with 97-99.99 mass% caprolactam, heating, ultrasonically shaking to obtain a uniform mixed liquid, (S2) transferring the mixed liquid to a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor, adding 1-30 mass% water, introducing nitrogen gas, vacuuming several times, discharging the air in the reactor, stirring, polymerizing, (S3) cooling the reaction product using water, pulverizing, extracting in boiling water, and (S4) heat-treating in a vacuum oven. USE - Preparation of graphene-nylon-6 composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and suitable for large-scale production, and provides composite material with excellent strength and toughness, and uses graphene which has excellent dispersibility and is not easy to agglomerate.
