NOVELTY - The capacitor has a single-layer or multilayer core (1) laminated structure inside. Each layer of the capacitor core has aluminum foil which is divided by a barrier material to form an anode and a cathode. The metal conductive layer and the metal conductive layer are connected by a conductive material (2), and the end of the metal conductive layer relates to a cathode lead-out terminal (3). All the structures of the inner core of the capacitor are covered by an insulating protective casing (4) except for the cut portion of the anode aluminum foil and the cut portion of the cathode lead-out terminal. The anode aluminum foil cutout and the cathode lead-out terminal cutout are covered with a metal layer (5) which extends along the side surface of the insulating protective casing to cover portion of the upper and lower surfaces or portion of the lower surface of the insulating protective casing. USE - Chip-type solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor used in automobile electronics, communication field, internet of things, artificial intelligence, security monitoring, consumer electronics, new energy and national defense military industry. ADVANTAGE - The chip-type solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor removes the traditional lead frame material by using the new structure, which not only greatly reduces the use of the traditional frame material, so as to reduce the waste of the resource and reduce the whole thickness of the product, but also increases the effective area of the cathode of the internal capacitor, to increase the product capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The capacitor has an aluminum foil of the anode including an aluminum core or an aluminum core covered with an aluminum oxide film. The cathode is sequentially provided with an aluminum core covered with an aluminum oxide film, a conductive polymer layer, a non-metal conductive layer, and a metal conductive layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a chip-type solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor.
